Unknown projectile, approx 830 mm long and 115mm in dia, though at points it can be 117mm. Found in western Iraq near Syrian boarder.

Looks like a large mortar round with stabilizing fins that open after its left the barrel. The writing i can see is + 09 and a 2

I have ID'd it as the Chinese 120mm DHTL-1, PZC RAP, Mortar. Got more pictures but no tech data
