Unknown Rocket Fuze

Hello all, could someone possibly provide a positive ID on this model fuze? Looks similar to the M423/M427 for the 2.75" rocket, but its cap is not crimped on, but is removable. Possibly an early XM variety of that fuze? Any help appreciated!

2.75 FFAR fuze. Not sure of model, what else does it say on it? Also should be stamped at the base. May be an early one as you said.

What's with the screws on either side? I don't remember any 2.75" fuzes like that
