I saw this cut away projectile with nozzles at the base. It has a PD fuze, any ideas?

Thank you, right on.Some pics. Used late war thru the 50's as stated. Two models, air to ground, and surface to surface.

The pictured sectioned rocket went for $360 plus 20 percent plus shipping....I did not have a chance with a $125 bid.
