Unknown Romanian Stick Grenade

Please recognize it: a pre-ww1 stick grenade with impact fuze and aasen-like safe cord.
It als has a parachute tail. Maybe Romanian. Driwing just, no pictures.

I know this reply comes 9 years late, but that is a sketch of the Romanian "Savopol" grenade, the first type.
