Unknown Russian? Artillery Case.

I saw this brass artillery case this weekend but did not have a camera and did not copy headstamp details.
It looked like Russian markings in at least 5 lines of case print.
The date was 1975 on the primer and on headstamp. The case was necked.

Case dimensions are: 145x844R. 186mm rim diameter. Very heavy brass case. No mouth crimps so possibly separate loaded Navy?
I hope this is enough information for someone to identify the case or gun that fired this. Ron.

Unless there is a specific difference in diameter between the case mouth and the shell, 130 to 145mm is a pretty big discrepancy? The case mouth was in pretty good and round condition and measured 145 +/-1mm. I can't find any Russian guns with a 145mm calibre though either? 130mm seems to be a common size.

This gun was separately loaded. It is normal for the mouth of these cases to be larger than 130mm.
