Unknown Russian mortar(?) fuze

Trying to identify this fuze.

Black steel, steel nose and cap.

Marked: 3144 m-16 6-84

Can be set as follows: Б (Cyrillic), 0, M

40 x 122mm overall length. 36mm thread diameter, 10 TPI (Whitworth), approximately 2.5mm pitch.

m-16 made at Karzan Factory (3144) Russia in 1984.

Looks like a mortar fuze, but which mortar does it fit? Any ideas?
