Unknown Serrated Cast Iron Mine similar to U.S. M3

Can anyone identify this mine? I've had it about 20 years and is supposed to be a variant of the U.S. M3 anti-personnel mine. It's somewhat lighter in construction with a threaded filling plug in the bottom instead of the press-in disc. The fuze wells are threaded to accept American standard fuzes. Obviously, the most noticable difference is the serration of the case with vertical and horizontal lines.
