Unknown shell

Hello All,

Anybody has an idea about this shell found in Holland
Diameter: 75 mm
Length: 250 mm
Weith driving band: 20 mm

People thought it was a British 3" made into a mine by the Germans.
But the driving band is not correct then I think.

Hope any one can help
