Unknown Soviet Block 76mm Dummy Round

These are probably the inert training (drill) versions for Russian Navy (ВМФ) HE-frag ammunition used by AK-176 and AK-726 series 76 mm naval gun systems.
Their full Russian Navy URAV (УРАВ) index code would be A3-UCh-62 (А3-УЧ-62). Their more commonly seen short-form index code would be UCh-62 (УЧ-62).
The packaging box was originally marked up for live УОФБ-62 (UOFB-62) rounds, this being their short round designation.
The live round full index code would be А3-УОФБ-62 (A3-UOFB-62), its live projectile index code would be A3-ЗС/ОФ-62 (A3-ZS/OF-62). This would use the ВГ-67 (VG-67) fuze and the А4-ЖБ-62 (A4-ZhB-62) propellant charge system.
The standard packaging box/container for these rounds has the А3-Я-62 (A3-Ya-62) index code.
Looking at the dummy nose fuzes, these are far longer than the VG-67 and more like the length of the AR-67 (АР-67) radio proximity fuze. These can also be fitted to the А3-УОФБ-62 round, but only when its nose fuze adapter is first removed.
