unknown submarine? or spaceship?

is there anybody who can tell me what kind of bomb this is ?
got the looks of an atomic bomb

Not sure what it is but possibly some kind of float/paravane used in fishing?? I have seen similar items posted on bocn before.

the person that owns it now told me that it was found in the netherlands and it would be from ww2
he got it about 20 years ago
it has no markings or numbers on it

Over here near identical steel paravans were used for sea mine removal by "trawling".
