Unknown Syrian submunition

I need your help to ID this submunition found on the syrian theater.
The designation ZP-39 is taken of the marking. Can someone give more ID of this submun, ID of parts of marking should be greatly helpful !

Chinese type 81 (or 59) - is what I have it listed as but there are a load of that model out in the field by different countries and model numbers
