Hight Ring 35 mm
Hight total 54 mm

Color grey

No Markings

Has anyone an Idea for what it is ?

I should say fins of a russian submunition, but I can't give a denomination !

The paint and construction looks Soviet, but it is not a match for anything Soviet that I have information on.

If it is made of plastic I would exclude Russia/USSR.
