ive got to agree with Bloome on this id,,
look at the size of hole where the fuze fits,The longer pear shaped body,the suspension ring,not like on the other practice bombs shown previously.

Yes Harry, no sorries but 25LB is so diff then 20LB,
The one posted is 20LB as i sead.
