Unkown Soviet Grenade Lever Mark

I got this lever the other day & I'm not familiar with the factory code of 143-45 . Anyone any ideas ? Mike.

Sadly , that's the limit of my photographic ability but the only marks are 143-45 . Thanks for your reply . Mike

I have this marks in polish book about russian grenades from wwII but no mentionts from what factory
