Unusual 30mm shell for I’d please

Please see the photos of a 30mm shell, 100mm in length, threaded to accept a nose fuze and a base cavity, unthreaded, extending to the top of the drive band. The crimp cannelures would suggest a double crimp system.

The stampings are; 30 5
CS10 MR


probably of some age looking at the rust pitting beneath more recent paint.
