Unusual Dopp Z 92 lg Brlg

Picked up this unusual fuze at Stoneleigh last weekend. It is stamped Dopp Z lg Brlg (long burning) but is graduated from 1-28 seconds as the original Dopp Z 92 and not 2-40 seconds as the long burning version. Has anybody come across this before?
