Unusual projectile?

Check ebay #260802853039, Portuguese 45mm. Has the weight of a 3 pdr, but they say it is 45mm not 47mm. Markings are no help to me. Anyone have ideas what it is? The only 45mm rounds that I know of are Russian and they are nothing like this. Thanks, highlandotter

Looks like a 3 pdr,and is clearly stamped 47/30. Cheers tig.

Most 45mm rounds do seem to be Russian. However, for your interest i have the following non-Russian rounds listed:-
45x150RB Sweden Engstroms Maskinkanon
45x268 UK exp Red King AA
45x270RG US exp telescoped
45x305 UK/F/US COMVAT-45 AFV gun (CTA)
