Interestingly it is also "Left Hand Rifled" which is most unusual.

This is what you found, is the lot number on the fuse 1090 - ?? The projectile might have had the same Lot series.
The fuse is nice, I think it will be marked M 1 (MK1) not "7" if you can get an enlarged image or look at it with a glass. Let us know.

Made from 1916 ?/17/18 until 1928 I think but I will see what the book says.
But stocks were on hand so they would have kept firing them for practice after that date. The H.E. MKll became standard. The Army MK1 is actually the Navy MKll as adopted by them with the base fuse thread reversed. Navy MKll projectiles exist dated 1915 so they preceded the Army MK1.
The drawings show a short necked fuse, but there is a type like yours with a longer neck (more safety devices inside), both kinds as far as I know are Marked M1
