I recently acquired the shown watch. It is a US Navy 3801-308 device "timer" watch. Made under special contract by Hamilton Watch company. It has a 24 hour dial and on the back are 2 electrical contacts that are covered by a plastic clip. 1967 - 69 time frame

The watch was designed to act as a clandestine timer for an electrical firing circuit. The watch is still working. But I do not know how the delay timer is set.

A major part of the 3801-308 devices were special booby traps concealed in AK, M16 magazines, flashlights, canteens and even a Instamatic camera - which I have either the actual item or pictures and drawings of. The remaining items are uniforms, equipment, etc.

If b y chance anyone has any technical data on this watch I would greatly appreciate it20150402_172738.jpg20150402_172748.jpg20150402_172812.jpg20150402_172823.jpg20150402_172836.jpg
