I have never seen a definitive list of casting codes for the MK2.
As for value(s), $50-$200 each. Over here. In the U.S. I would think the yellow over painted OD would be on the high end. Consider this info is from someone who hasn't bought one in a few years and hasn't really paid attention to the market.
