This just sold on Gunbroker. I have never seen one like it before. Dated Nov. 16, 1918. Made in Chicago.

As sgdbdr said, French design, 155mm M14 GP.
If markings on Aberdeen's example are ok, this shell was listed as 155mm MKV for US service.
