I think that there may be a problem with your attachments, I cannot open any of them. I checked on other threads and have no issues, so I don't think that it's me.
 
I am not sure what went wrong. Here is the 37mm marking machine photo again.

I will second what Jeff said. Your new posting of the 37mm machine is fine. How about doing the rest?
 
So that's how they did it! Another one of life's mysteries solved- thanks for posting. Did the letter mention what company that was?
