Your first picture in this batch looks like it may be a "quick release" coupling for air or liquid, maybe used to charge an air tank in the rocket or for filling it with a fuel.
Not sure about the next two pics but the last one certainly looks like the end of a pipe where the fitting has been removed/ripped off.
