It's on ebay, but even shows a chap holding an insert that was placed in the breech through wich the bag
charge was loaded. Another postcard shows some German cased rounds in a dugout.

That is an interesting photo as the weapon has no recoil system. It is an old, pre 1900 weapon, and most of the German artillery at the start of WWI was modern with hydro pneumatic recoil systems. This must be a reserve or fortress position - like Metz (on the French-German border at that time). The card shows a date of Aug. 25, 1915 with a location of Metz.
