A nice headstamp even if a few dings. Here is my loaded Blank with brown domed card wad in top. VS&M in a circle so a variation.

What does the top of it look like? yours I think predates mine which has the later VSM marking style.

Photos of the card wad in the 1 Pr Blank 11. Looks like a varnished sealant was used. Some chew marks but it is 100 years old ?

Thats quite a roll crimp !

I'll have some chew marks after 100 years too ~ The roll gets blown out when fired
judging by mine and perhaps if reused there could be some length lost also.
