Weird - anyone know what this is?

Yes, it is a motor from Rocket 3.5" ATk HE M28 or Practice M29.
In UK we only referred to the 2.36" system as a 'bazooka'.This was the case in the UK ammunition technical side, but perhaps the US continued it into the 3.5" system.
