Weird Grenade Thing Identification Needed?

Hi Guys
Just bought a fantastic collection of grenades and in the lot there was this thing!
Does anyone know what it is. It is something like a toy? Casting? ANY ideas?
It is, as you can see on the pics( Probably not the best color background to photo on as its pretty much camo!!) quite bigger than a standard No.36 mills.
The bar comes out at an angle and is around 9mm thick.
It looks to be made from some sort of plaster with a forming line down the center.
What do you think. I have NO idea!!!!
Could it be a piece of rubbish (more likely) or could it be rare?
Its heavy as well! My foot still hurts!!
Thanks in advance guys
Best regards
Matthew

It looks like someone was trying to cast using a latex mould, the weight of the casting stuff/resin/goo has made the mould "belly out"resulting in a mis shaped end product, could be wrong but it does look that way,
Cheers,
Don,

Hi
Thanks
I thought it may be a type of resin casting gone wrong.
It turned into the fattest No.36 mills ever!!!!
I may hollow it out, clean it up, paint it and make it into a money pot. Just need more hours in the day!!!
Thanks again
