what case is this?

saw a case today, 100mm apx dia. neck, straight tapered about 700mm long with a head stamp M+FA 3 42 T . I could not make out the markings on the primer which was brass and had 3 key recesses. Any help identifying it please.
 
My best guess would be a 105x743R130 10,5 cm M35 L/42 based on the length. Not too many long Swiss cases known to me.
 
thanks, am revisiting where it is at and will try and remember to take my tape measure.
