What could be the meaning of "RR." on this 75x278R90 shell case?

In my search for new information on Krupp shell case numbers I have a head stamp I have trouble understanding. Well, everything in this shell case is clear to me, except the "RR." in the head stamp.

I know "RR" where the first "R" is inverted and there is no dot, is for Romania.

But here there is a dot, indicating this may be an abbreviation. Any ideas what it indicates?

For sure not. They are well known and made mine fuzes, etc. but no cases.

The factory stamp Berndorf is clearly visible so it's an acceptance stamp of an unknown country. RB in print letters is known from Belgian cases but i think here it's something else. Did Belgium use case No.660? I think not.

Agreed. Both "RR." and "RB." are unknown to me, especially in this writing style, and now I think it is indeed "RB.".
 
Wild guess.....Republic Brazil (República do Brasil) ? Like RA for Republic Argentina (República Argentina). Case 660 was used a lot in South America (Chile, Argentina). I will try to find if Brazil also used the 7,5 cm Krupp L/30 field gun. And the answer is yes.
