What does this clip fit ????? No 35.1

Gordon, I have the No.35 cartridge clip listed as for 75mm cases.

I just tried it on a French 75, so it will fit any of that type. Is this a post ww1 clip ?
It's not magnetic and appears to be brass.

I’m not sure if WW1 or WW2. The British used a small number of 75mm guns for AA in WW1.

I would say WW2 use. Here is my Canadian 75mm case with the British broad arrow 1944.

Well it's fits a French 75 and my 1945 Cdn. 75 case, both basically the same thing.
From a brief looking on the interweb it looks like the ww2 75s were shipped in tubes.
This clip looks rather dug so maybe ww1 ? I suppose if the introduction date is
known that might help.
