What fuze is this?

Does anybody know this fuze? I supect it to be English.

It's a swedish Högkänsligt Spetsanslagsrör M/31. It was also exported (may be Turkey). Most likely a Bofors invention.

The finnish doc (https://www.bocn.co.uk/threads/fuze-id-please.108338/#post-335438) seems to show a fuze with Turkish markings.
I think it's a variant of the M/31 (R/31) because the screw for setting is not at the same place.
