Hello, I was very pleased with my find this morning, but cannot find anything about it. It's obvious it's bomb's fins, and it seems to be French but what is it exactly? Bomb? Missile? Air dropped? 
And apparently it's going to stay as a plant stand... even in my wildest dreams I could imagine my other half saying such a thing! Any info will be much appreciated. Thanks!
