Looks like someone building a fantasy piece from a 60mm tail section, probably from an illumination mortar. The tail section looks correct for a US design, but not necessarily manufacture. The rest of the piece is just off - no gas check or obturation, does not appear to be a real fuze, looks to be spray painted and a break in the body about where an illum round would have it - let the buyer beware.
Actually, after US-Subs mentioned the illum tail section, if you look at it, it is made from a cut-down illum body and tail at the bottom, and another tail section for the ogive, cut short, with a fake fuze stuffed in the hole where the tail fin boss used to be.
