What's the context... i.e. location and time.

As stated by kz11gr, it looks like guided bomb, Paveway-series, or based on, by the look of it.

Who are you replying to? Whoever it is it wasn't very helpful.

I had done a reverse image search and diddly squat (very little of use) came up.

After fiddling around quite a bit it supposedly comes from the Gaza Strip, Sunday, May 5, 2007.

As such it may be one of the Israeli 'LIZARD' series of bombs, or as mentioned before, the Paveway-series.

Initial impression is that it looks faked to me. The ordnance looks authentic, but it is difficult to identify with any certainty. The photo as a whole, however, looks like bs.
