I had done a reverse image search and diddly squat (very little of use) came up.

After fiddling around quite a bit it supposedly comes from the Gaza Strip, Sunday, May 5, 2007.

As such it may be one of the Israeli 'LIZARD' series of bombs, or as mentioned before, the Paveway-series.
 
Initial impression is that it looks faked to me. The ordnance looks authentic, but it is difficult to identify with any certainty. The photo as a whole, however, looks like bs.
