What is this color code for 50 cal ammo?

I saw this photo on the internet at the top of an article about how Israel bypassed Obongo and bought arms from the pentagon. It looks like a blue tip with black below it, and a red stripe added for the tracers.

Is this the new color code for Armor Piercing Incendiary, and Armor Piercing Incendiary Tracer for 50 cal?

Hi Hazord,
Israel have used this colour code for some years now,I have a 1971 dated example APT-I in my collection with the blue over red over black coloured bullet tip
