I'm sure it has nothing to do with the Belgian Blindicide , there was a practice round in cal 12 and it looked like the drawings you posted and it was fired for training before firing the HEAT version .
However I think the items that you show in your first post are not ammo related , I think they are some kind of gauge for .....
