What type of German Bomb is this?

The photo shows a Section from the Middlesex Homeguard Bomb Disposal unit, somewhere in Wembley with a bomb they have dealt with. My Grandfather is the Lieutenant in the center front row. I would like to know what they have dealt with, the photo dates from sometime August 1943 to 1944 as the bomb disposal badge came into service in August 43.

Thank you for the ID of the bomb

Now all I need to find are the bomb disposal reports and see if I can find the ones my Grandfather would of done. Nothing like looking for a needle in a haystack.
