What type of pom pom?

The projectile has a zink practice fuze, the driving belt does look British to me, the base consists of a screwed in brass base plate with a steel plate placed in the brass plate. Does anybody know this type?

It's a German first type tracer, modified from a Navy (there should be markings on it) PD projectile.
Nose has a plug where the fuze used to be, base opened up and brass disc screwed in
and the ingniter pushed in the centre. Either prewar or early war. As the war went on these
became progressively simplified.
