Bullets

The RG Q3 has a standard GM envelope Ball Mark 7 bullet. The DAC 44 will similarly have a Ball Mark VII but I will check whether it was GM or GMCS.

The Winchester round will also have a GM bullet, but it will be specific to Winchester manufacture. It is shorter than the normal Mark VII bullet to maintain weight at 174 grns as it does not have the aluminium tip filler. It also usually has a knurled cannelure.

Is the Knurled cannelure not the standard cannelure as I have had a lot of mk7 bullets with the knurled cannelure with GB & K headstamps and these were live untouched rounds I have pulled the bullets on them to de-activate them.

Richard.
