I contacted Harry via pm, unfortunately I cant help him as this is now in another members collection, I have passed details on so hopefully he can get the answers hes looking for. Though if anyone else is able to help him in the meantime I'm sure he will be grateful
The stem part is the same length as the stem of a British bomb detonator. I don't have the measurements for the scribed lines or the overall length, but if you know the length of the stem you ought to be able to work out those measurements by scaling on the photograph.
