Who is the manufacturer RML on a 20x110 HS404 Drill/Inspection Mk.3?

I have found at this moment in my documents, RML stands for R.O.F. Maltby, Sheffield.

Labbet and Mead list this manufacturer along with "JES" and "LG" as unknown UK manufactures,all of which seem to have manufactured post 1945 drill/inspection rounds.

RML is definitely Royal Ordnance Factory Maltby. After the war they made drill rounds and other small contract items.
