wood copy of "British" Incendiary bomb

Description on label says "ww2 wooden R.A.F training school incendiary bomb" can anyone throw light on this item, true or false, my thoughts are "home guard item", Thanks

It looks like it's meant to be a wooden replica of the German 20in 2.2kg B2.2E-Z incendiary (I.B.E.N. - Incendiary Bomb Explosive Nose).

The lack of detail, colour etc suggests it was more for weight/ballistics testing.
