WORN DOWN No 36 MILLS

Here's an interesting mills body. it was found on the 1ww Italian front lines so i presume its been in one of the glaciers and has been worn down over the past 90+ years.
its lovely and smooth to the touch and will make a great conversation piece, there's a very faint M on the frag bottom left of the brass filler screw so i think its a MORUM & Co body.
cheers, paul.

Thats had some wear . .would have soon been mistaken for a rock . . Was the centertube still inside?.Darrol.

It could be a WW2 36 from Montreal Munitions. It could have rolled 20 miles down a rocky river bed.
