Grenade M75 was produced in pre war period in ordnance factory near town Bugojno in Bosnia and Herzegovina. That grenade was in use by the Yugoslav peoples army. During the war 1992-1995 that factory was under control of Bosnian forces (fighting against Yugoslav and Serbian forces). During that period in that factory ordnance was produced for Bosnian forces, and among which was M93 grenade. M93 was never used by Yugoslav army.
modern rifle grenades:

RB-100 was produced in Croatia during 92-95 war. M93 HEAT was not standard HEAT grenade in Yugoslav army stock. It was M60:
M93 has same history as m93 hand grenade. But it was asembled from KB1 bomblet used in Yugoslav cluster munitions, and rifle grenade tail section.
