WW1 75mm Austrian or Belgian?

It looks similar to an Austrian round I have for the M15 7.5cm Mountain gun, but not exactly the same. For one thing, the drive band on mine is much further along away from the base of the projectile. The casing on mine is dated late 30's, so this might give you a few other clues to look deeper into it...Good luck !!
 
It's a yugoslavian shrapnel shell. The fuze is a copy of a austrian fuze but produced in Yugoslavia. The shrapnell body is probably made from original austro-hungarian parts but in a unusual combination which was not used by the austro-hungarian army.

The marking is in cyrillic letters and read "Schr" like Shrapnel.
