I'm trying to get rid of some empty shell cases & I'm listing this one , amongst others , but not exactly sure what it is [shells not my speciality !] . I'd be most obliged if one or more of you knowlegeable BOCN members could point me in the right direction . Thankyou . Mike.

Looks like a Canadian or US made case for the 7,5 cm Krupp gun used by Belgium in WW1 (Belgium primer). Not rare over here.

Hoeksel is right, 75x278R for belge Krupp-Cockerill guns. The case is canadian, I think Dominion Copper Products Company. And yes they are common in France/Belgium.

These can also be found made in the UK. I have one made by The Gramophone Company (Later EMI), which was in Hayes, West London.
