WW1 8 cm Flak case

I thought I had asked this question before, but cannot find it when searching so looks like the mind is going!

Has anyone got a picture or drawing of a projectile or projectiles that were used in the WW1 8cm Flak case which measures 80 x 586mm and is bottlenecked? It may be designated as K-zugflak L/45.
