WW1 9cm Gr14 HE, Markings?

Picked up this 9cm Gr 14 at Malvern, after stripping of all the old black paint and de-rusting it I've found a few remaining markings, does anyone know what any of them mean?

Have you removed the fuze?

Yes the fuze comes out, its all fully inert.
