WW1 Aerial Bomb Identification

Hi Guys
Need help identifying this aerial bomb.
I think it may be french but i dont know. Unusual fins with the flat base?
I dont have any more details than the photos.
It looks relatively small so i guess hand dropped? Any ideas?
