Hello, someone can tell me the commercial value of a ww1 Austrian 42 cm brass case ? I have one of it, it's some 70 kg of weight and may me I'll sell it, but I've no idea about it value, some one offered 35000 Euro for a complete inert 42 cm projectile and case. Thank you and best regards

These very hard to find items typically have a price that is hard to predict up front, it depends more on how many people want it bad. The 35.000 kE price tag on a complete round seems insane to me. Based on what I have seen in The Netherlands I expect somewhere in the 2-4 kE range.

Hello,
I totall agree with Hoeksel.
this case was already offered same time ago for a large sum, unsold.
Many italian people though to have gold......... but it isn't so.....
this case has italian markings too, AP, Arsenale Piacenza.
regards
